We're an organization of IT professionals with a particular interest in IT Service Management, Project Management, Best Practices, and ITIL: the IT Infrastructure Library.

We invite you to explore our site, read about the development of ITIL and the IT Service Management Forum, and learn about the many benefits of becoming a member of itSMF USA and our Local Group.

Local meetings are free, and anyone interested in IT Service Management is welcome. We usually have one or more speakers each month, as well as sandwiches and refreshments.
